WOODTHORPE LODGE, SANDAL
Venturian have submitted an application for permission to conserve and enhance the historic and beautiful Woodhtorpe Lodge in Sandal, into 3 dwellings, and to construct a further 3 contemporary new builds within the magnificent grounds. If successful, the development will be funded by Venturian.

BISHOP’s WOOD, SANDAL

NEW MILL, SUDE HILL, HOLMFIRTH
Venturian have invested in a mixed use development converting an old disused woollen mill into 12 luxury apartments together with 4 commercial units and 2,000 sqft of modern office space, over 35,000 sqft in all. The redevelopment of the site was backed by Venturian’s funding arm.
BISHOP’s WOOD, SANDAL
3 luxury dwellings developed in the grounds of the former Bishop of Wakefield’s estate. The development, which has received nominations for national design and build awards, was funded by Venturian.
MARINER COURT, CALDER BUSINESS PARK
Venturian have invested in 3 separate office blocks in Mariner Court, Calder business park, just off junction 39 of the M1, which house over 30 high specification business units.
